Effective June 9, 2014 the ordering process for Court Transcripts has changed. An order must now be placed with an Authorized Court Transcriptionist (ACT) of your choice directly. The Ministry has indicated that you may choose your transcriptionist from a pre-approved list and has contracted an outside service provider to maintain an online list of all ACT's province-wide. All of the Authorized Court Transcriptionists (ACT’s) on this web site are on that list and orders may be placed directly from this web site.
All Transcriptionists listed on this web site have a long history as Court Reporters and Transcriptionists. All have been involved in training other Ministry personnel as both Reporters and Transcriptionists, before as well as after the 2014 procedure was introduced.
